- Split: funded PAs keep 100% of approved payouts (no profit split).
- Before each payout: 5 qualifying trading days (not necessarily consecutive) at a minimum daily profit of $100–$300 (Intraday) or $100–$350 (EOD).
- 50% consistency: no single day may be 50% or more of the profit since your last payout. Going over isn’t a breach; the payout just waits.
- Safety net: only profit above the drawdown + $100 can be withdrawn, and the minimum request is $500.
- Caps: from $1,000–$2,500 on payout 1 to $1,000–$5,000 on payout 6 (25K–150K). A PA closes after its 6th payout.
Apex’s website and help center blocked our automated check on Oct 23, 2026 (we don’t bypass that). The split, cadence, payout 1 and payout 6 caps come from our September and October audits. Qualifying-day amounts, the safety net and payouts 2–5 come from search-engine excerpts of Apex’s own help-center pages (Oct 2026) and are marked †. Confirm them in your Apex dashboard.

Five qualifying days: the minimum daily profit by size
Each payout needs five trading days that each clear a minimum profit. They don’t have to be consecutive; a day below the minimum simply doesn’t count toward the five.
| PA type | 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Intraday Trail† | $100 | $200 | $250 | $300 |
| EOD Trail† | $100 | $250 | $300 | $350 |

The safety net: how much profit you need first
Apex only lets you withdraw profit above the safety net, which is your drawdown plus $100. So the profit you need before a request is the safety net plus the amount you want to take out.
| Account | 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Max drawdown | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,000 |
| Safety net (drawdown + $100)† | $1,100 | $2,100 | $3,100 | $4,100 |
| Profit needed to withdraw the $500 minimum | $1,600 | $2,600 | $3,600 | $4,600 |
| Payout-1 cap | $1,000 | $1,500 | $2,000 | $2,500 |
| Profit needed to withdraw the full payout-1 cap | $2,100 | $3,600 | $5,100 | $6,600 |

Apex payout caps by payout number
Each payout is capped, and the cap rises over a PA’s six payouts. Payouts 1 and 6 match our audit data. For payouts 2–5, Apex’s help-center excerpts give a slightly different ladder for Intraday and EOD accounts, so treat those rows as a guide and check your dashboard.

The Apex 50% consistency rule, with a worked example
On a PA, no single trading day may be 50% or more of the profit made since your last payout. It applies only to funded accounts (there is no consistency rule in the evaluation), and going over is not a breach: you simply can’t request until the ratio drops.
Five days of +$800, +$450, +$1,000, +$600 and +$750. Each clears the $200 minimum, so all five qualify. Profit is $3,600 and the biggest day ($1,000) is 28% of it, under 50%.
The safety net on 50K is $2,100, so $1,500 is withdrawable. That equals the payout-1 cap of $1,500, so you request $1,500 and keep all of it.
Same $3,600, different shape: +$1,800, +$300, +$500, +$400, +$600. The $1,800 day is exactly 50%, so the payout waits until total profit is above $3,600 with no new bigger day. (Our arithmetic from Apex’s rules.)

Intraday vs EOD PA: what changes for payouts
- Same: 100% split, every 5 trading days, 5 qualifying days, 50% consistency, $500 minimum, 6 payouts per PA, and the same payout-1 and payout-6 caps.
- Different minimum daily profit†: from 50K up, EOD days must clear more ($250 / $300 / $350 vs $200 / $250 / $300 on Intraday).
- Different middle of the ladder†: per the help-center excerpts, payouts 2–5 step up at different points (tables above).
- Different daily loss limit: EOD has a $500–$2,000 DLL. Intraday has none in the evaluation and a scaling DLL once funded.
Apex legacy account payout rules
Apex brings back its legacy accounts (six sizes up to $300K) during sale periods. Per Apex’s help-center excerpt†, a legacy PA caps only its first 5 payouts, from $1,500 on 25K up to $3,500 on 300K, and from payout 6 there is no cap. We couldn’t read the full legacy table, so check the cap for your size in your dashboard.
How to request an Apex payout
- Count five qualifying days since your last payout, each at or above the minimum for your size and PA type.
- Check the 50% rule: your best day must be under 50% of the profit since your last payout.
- Check the safety net: only profit above the drawdown + $100 is withdrawable.
- Pick the amount: at least $500, and no more than the cap for this payout number.
- Submit it from your Apex dashboard. Remember the PA closes after its 6th payout.
Why Apex payouts get held or denied
- Fewer than five qualifying days: days under the minimum daily profit don’t count.
- One day is 50% or more of the profit since your last payout.
- Not enough above the safety net to cover the $500 minimum.
- Asking for more than the cap for that payout number.
- Prohibited trading: news-only or straddle strategies and hedging are not allowed (trading through news with your normal strategy is), and positions must be flat by market close.
- Too many accounts: the limit is 20 active PAs across a household, companies and connections, every PA type combined. Evaluations are unlimited.
