Futures prop firms with no consistency rule.

Only one of the 27 plans in our comparison has no consistency rule at any stage. Twenty more drop it in either the evaluation or the funded account, and which half matters depends on what is holding you up. Here is every plan, sorted by when the rule applies, with the limits that replace it.

Quick answer

Which futures prop firm has no consistency rule?

FundedNext Rapid Daily is the only plan of the 27 we compare with no consistency rule in the challenge or the funded account. Most traders don't need both stages free, though:

No rule in the evaluation (8 plans): Apex Intraday and EOD Trail, Tradeify Growth, Lucid Pro, Alpha Zero, Top One Elite Access, FundedNext Rapid Pro and My Funded Futures Builder. The rule only applies when you request payouts.

No rule once funded (12 plans): Take Profit Trader PRO, My Funded Futures Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro, Tradeify Select Daily and Flex, Lucid Flex and Daily, Top One Elite Daily, Alpha Advanced, and FundedNext Flex and Legacy. You pass under the rule, then withdraw without it.

Every instant-funding plan keeps one (15% to 30%), and Alpha Standard has it at both stages.

When does the rule apply?

A consistency rule caps how much of your profit can come from your single best day. Firms apply it in the evaluation, in the funded account, or both. That is why "no consistency rule" means different things on different plans. Sources: each firm's help center, read Oct 23, 2026.

Tier 1

No consistency rule at any stage

Nothing to balance in the challenge or when you withdraw.

FundedNext Rapid Daily25K · 50K · 100K
No consistency rule in the challenge or the funded account, and the challenge can be passed in one day. Daily rewards once your end-of-day balance reaches the buffer ($26,100 / $52,100 / $102,600) plus $500 of profit in the cycle. Capped at $800 / $1,200 / $2,500 per reward, $250 minimum, 90% split. The trade-offs: a daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $1,250, and the account ends after 5 rewards.
Two newer, limited plans also skip it entirely (not yet in our main comparison): My Funded Futures Studio (#001 $10K for $140, #002 $20K for $280, #003 $5K for $75) has no DLL, no consistency rule and no minimum days at any stage, with a static max loss of $500 / $1,000 / $250 and a daily sim-profit cap of $5K / $10K / $2.5K. It is sold only on MFF's Studio page with a daily purchase cap, one account at a time, on Hyperprop. Top One X-Daily Spark is a limited LaunchPad release: 50K only, $39 evaluation plus $189 activation, no consistency rule in the eval or funded, daily payouts ($500 minimum, $1,000 cap, $3,000 buffer) and an 80/20 split.
Tier 2

No consistency rule in the evaluation

Pass on one big day if you can. The rule switches on when you request payouts.

One-day pass. On the PA, no single day may be 50% or more of the profit since your last payout; going over is not a breach, you just keep trading until it is back under (per Apex's help center, Oct 2026; confirm in your dashboard).
Tradeify GrowthFunded: 35%
One-day minimum in the eval and no eval rule. Each funded payout needs 5 profitable days and the 35% rule. Growth has a daily loss limit ($600 / $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,750).
Lucid ProFunded: 40%
One-day pass. Funded, your largest day must stay within 40% of account profit, checked when you request and reset after each payout. Accounts bought before 11/28/2025 keep 35%.
Alpha Futures ZeroQualified: 40%
One-day eval pass. Qualified, your largest day must be below 40% of net profit since your last request. Going over pauses payouts; it does not breach the account.
$39 one-time evaluation at every size, one-day pass, no DLL and no consistency rule in the eval. After passing you pay an activation fee ($139 / $189 / $259 / $359) and the funded account adds a 40% rule and a soft DLL.
One-day pass, no DLL. Funded rewards every 3 days with $500 of cycle profit and the 40% rule (so at least 3 trading days).
One-day pass with no eval rule. Each sim payout cycle needs 2 trading days and 50% consistency; the first request can come 48 hours after your first trade.
Tier 3

No consistency rule once funded

You pass under the rule, then withdraw without it.

The Test needs your best day below 50% of net profit and 3 trading days. In PRO there is no consistency rule, no minimum profit days and no maximum withdrawal: you can withdraw from day one once the balance clears the buffer (equal to the max drawdown).
No funded consistency rule on any of the three. Rapid and Rapid EOD pay daily; Pro pays every 14 calendar days. Rapid trails intraday once funded; Rapid EOD (25K/50K) and Pro stay end-of-day.
Tradeify Select (Daily & Flex)Eval: 40% (50% add-on)
No funded rule on either path. The 50%-consistency add-on costs more: $135 / $205 / $329 / $459 instead of $109 / $165 / $265 / $369.
Lucid Flex & Lucid DailyEval: 40% (50% add-on)
No funded rule. Lucid's newest article puts both evals at 40% with a paid 50% option; some older Lucid articles still say 50% for Daily, so check at checkout.
No funded rule, with daily payouts from day one above the buffer.
No consistency rule and no daily loss limit once qualified, with withdrawals of up to $15,000 per request ($1,000 minimum).
No funded rule and no DLL. Payouts follow 5 benchmark days and are limited to 50% of profit per reward (Legacy lifts that limit after 30 benchmark days).

Take Profit Trader PRO

No funded rule, no DLL, no cap

Pass the Test under a 50% rule, then withdraw with almost nothing in the way. PRO has no consistency rule, no minimum profit days, no maximum withdrawal and no daily loss limit at any stage. You can withdraw from day one once your balance clears the buffer, which equals the max drawdown ($26,500 to $154,500 balance by size). PRO splits 80/20 and trails intraday; small wallet withdrawals ($250 or less) carry a $50 fee. Monthly Test billing.

My Funded Futures Rapid EOD

No funded rule + daily payouts + EOD

Daily payouts with no funded consistency rule, no DLL and an end-of-day drawdown. The eval has a 30% rule and a 4-day minimum, but once funded there is no cap per payout: clear the $1,100 / $2,100 buffer for the first one, then each payout needs $250 / $500 of net profit since the last ($500 minimum). 25K and 50K only, max 3 sim-funded. Standard Rapid does the same at 25K to 150K, but it trails intraday once funded.

Top One Futures Elite Access

No eval rule, $39 evaluation

The cheapest way to an evaluation with no consistency rule. A $39 one-time eval at every size, no DLL and no consistency rule until you pass, and a one-day pass is allowed. The catches arrive after passing: an activation fee ($139 / $189 / $259 / $359), a 40% funded rule, a soft DLL ($500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,750) and payouts after 5 profitable days, capped at $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500.

Alpha Futures Advanced

No funded rule, no DLL ever

No consistency rule and no daily loss limit once qualified, plus the biggest withdrawals here. The eval runs a 40% rule and a 3-day minimum. Qualified accounts can withdraw up to $15,000 per request ($1,000 minimum), up to 4 times a month after 5 winning days of $200+, with no news restrictions. Monthly list price $209 / $349 / $489 (50K to 150K), $0 activation, max 3 Advanced accounts.

6

Tradeify Select

No funded rule on either path

Pick daily payouts or no DLL after passing, with no funded consistency rule either way. The one-time Select eval ($109 / $165 / $265 / $369 list) has a 40% rule and no DLL. Funded, the Daily path pays daily (cap $600 / $1,250 / $1,750 / $2,500) and adds a DLL; the Flex path pays every 5 winning days, up to 50% of profit, with no DLL. Tradeify's help center blocked our check, so confirm caps in your dashboard.

"No DLL" means no daily loss limit in any stage of that plan. Ranges run from the smallest to the largest account size. Narrow it down

No consistency rule plus…

…daily payouts

No rule anywhere: FundedNext Rapid Daily, plus Top One's limited X-Daily Spark (50K only, 80/20).

No rule once funded: Take Profit Trader PRO, My Funded Futures Rapid and Rapid EOD, Tradeify Select Daily, Lucid Daily and Top One Elite Daily. You pass a 30% to 50% eval rule first. See the fastest-paying futures prop firms for caps and minimums.

…an end-of-day drawdown

No rule anywhere: FundedNext Rapid Daily (EOD at every stage).

No rule once funded, EOD once funded: MFF Rapid EOD and Pro, Tradeify Select, Lucid Flex, Top One Elite Daily, Alpha Advanced and FundedNext Flex and Legacy. MFF Rapid, Lucid Daily and Take Profit Trader PRO switch to an intraday trail when funded.

…no daily loss limit

Funded with neither rule: Take Profit Trader PRO, MFF Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro, Alpha Advanced, Tradeify Select Flex, and FundedNext Flex and Legacy.

An eval with neither rule: FundedNext Rapid Pro (no DLL at any stage), Apex Intraday Trail and Top One Elite Access (both add a DLL once funded). More on the no daily loss limit list.

…instant funding

None. All six straight-to-funded plans we track keep a rule. The loosest by the third payout is Tradeify Lightning (20% → 25% → 30%); the strictest is Top One Ignite at 15%.

If you want to skip the eval and the rule, the closest option is an eval with no rule: Top One Elite Access ($39) or FundedNext Rapid Pro, both passable in a day.

Honest catches

What replaces the consistency rule.

No firm removes the rule and adds nothing in its place. These are the limits to check before you buy.

01

Payout caps and 50% withdrawals

FundedNext Flex and Lucid Flex pay at most 50% of your profit per payout, up to a fixed cap. Rapid Daily caps each reward at $800 to $2,500 and ends after 5 rewards; Lucid Flex moves you live after 5 payouts.

02

Maximum daily profit

Lucid Daily has a max daily sim profit of $6,000 / $8,000 / $10,000 / $12,000, and reaching it moves you live. On MFF Rapid, $10,000 of net profit in one session moves you to Live and profit above $10K that day is forfeited.

03

Buffers before the first payout

Take Profit Trader PRO, Lucid Daily, Top One Elite Daily, MFF Rapid and FundedNext Rapid Daily only pay profit above a buffer, so your first withdrawal needs about the max drawdown (or more) in profit first.

04

The eval rule still decides when you pass

A plan with no funded rule still needs you to pass its eval rule: at least 3 balanced days at 40%, 4 at 30%, and 2 or more at 50%. Big single days don't count for much until the rest of your trading catches up.

05

Daily loss limits

FundedNext Rapid Daily, Tradeify Select Daily, Top One Elite Daily and Elite Access (funded) all keep a DLL. One bad session can end the day, or the account on a hard limit.

06

Rules change, and firms contradict themselves

We verified every rule on this page on Oct 23, 2026. Even so, Lucid's own articles disagree on the Lucid Daily eval rule (40% vs 50%), so read the rule in your dashboard before you trade around it.

Frequently asked

No consistency rule, answered.

Which futures prop firm has no consistency rule? +
FundedNext Rapid Daily is the only plan among the 27 we compare with no consistency rule in the challenge or the funded account. Two newer, limited plans also skip it at every stage: My Funded Futures Studio and Top One Futures X-Daily Spark. Every other plan has the rule in at least one stage.
Which prop firms have no consistency rule once you're funded? +
Twelve plans drop it after you pass: Take Profit Trader PRO and PRO+, My Funded Futures Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro, Tradeify Select (Daily and Flex), Lucid Flex and Lucid Daily, Top One Elite Daily, Alpha Futures Advanced, and FundedNext Flex and Legacy. Each still has a consistency rule in its evaluation, from 30% to 50%.
Is there an instant funding prop firm with no consistency rule? +
No. Every straight-to-funded futures plan we track keeps one: Top One Ignite 15%, Lucid Direct, Alpha Direct, Top One Instant Sim Funded and FundedNext Direct 20%, and Tradeify Lightning 20% rising to 30% by the third payout.
Which prop firm has no consistency rule and daily payouts? +
Among the 27 plans we compare, FundedNext Rapid Daily is the only one with daily payouts and no consistency rule at any stage; Top One's limited X-Daily Spark (50K only, 80/20 split) also pays daily with no rule. If you can live with a rule in the evaluation, Take Profit Trader PRO, My Funded Futures Rapid and Rapid EOD, Tradeify Select Daily, Lucid Daily and Top One Elite Daily all pay daily with no consistency rule once funded.
Is a plan with no consistency rule easier to get paid on? +
Not automatically. Plans without the rule usually limit you another way: a cap on each payout, a 50%-of-profit withdrawal limit, a buffer you must clear first, a daily loss limit, or a maximum daily profit. Compare those before you pick a plan just because it has no consistency rule.
